IT Technical Support Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Description:Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware and basic software issues.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, and hardware components.Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.Install and configure Windows, Microsoft 365, drivers, and required applications.Manage basic user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.Maintain and track IT assets and inventory.Coordinate and follow up with vendors and service providers regarding IT equipment, maintenance, and technical services.Document technical issues and follow up on equipment maintenance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in IT support and hardware maintenance.Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.Good understanding of basic networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, routers, and switches.Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.Good command of English.Good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
