IT Training and Development Specialist - Law Firm or Corporate Experienced

We are excited to be engaged with a progressive midsized law firm seeking an IT Training and Development Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or other professional services firm environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working directly with attorneys and professional staff, helping them become more effective and confident in their use of technology. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, a hands on approach to training, and an understanding of the technology needs and demands of a busy law firm.The position will focus primarily on delivering practical, individual and group training to attorneys and staff across a range of legal technology applications, document management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other firmwide platforms. Responsibilities will include onboarding new employees, providing ongoing training and support, introducing new technologies and system enhancements, and identifying opportunities to improve technology proficiency throughout the firm. While assisting with the development and coordination of training materials and programs will be part of the role, the emphasis is on actively conducting training, responding to individual needs, and helping users apply technology effectively in their daily work.The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant IT training experience within a law firm or other professional services firm, with demonstrated success delivering both individual and classroom instruction. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, legal document management systems, and commonly used law firm applications is important. The successful candidate will be patient, approachable, organized, and comfortable working with attorneys and staff at all levels. Compensation: $85K to $95K++ plus bonus and top tier benefits package.
