IT Training/Learning & Development SpecialistA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a IT Training/Learning & Development Specialist to join our London based law firm on a permanent basis.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Deliver Technology Learning & Adoption services aligned with global standards and regional business needs.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital training to support technology adoption and user effectiveness.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for lawyers and business professionals.
• Develop courseware and user documentation aligned to business needs.
• Ensure all training materials are current, accurate, and aligned with firm technologies.
• Identify common challenges and recommend solutions.
• Reinforce best practices and promote efficient, consistent use of firm systems.
• Provide practical feedback on training approaches and delivery methods.
• Maintain strong working relationships with users across the region.
• Monitor training participation and feedback.
• Maintain awareness of changes to firm technologies and update learning materials accordingly
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve learning programs, tools, and processes.
• Support regional and global learning efforts.Knowledge, Sills and Experience:
• Experience delivering and developing technology training in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Experience supporting user adoption of enterprise technologies
• Familiarity with legal or professional services applications (e.g., document management systems such as iManage).
• Experience delivering training using virtual platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage users at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to understand user needs and recommend practical learning solutions.IT Training/Learning & Development Specialist
