Blackbelt360 is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative based in Dubai to help expand our presence across the Middle East.Blackbelt360 provides enterprise-grade data erasure, device diagnostics, testing, grading, and refurbishment technology for ITAD companies, electronics recyclers, mobile phone refurbishers, retailers, enterprises, and government organizations.This is a hands-on sales role for someone who knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close business. You will be responsible for developing new customers across the UAE and broader Middle East region while building long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a pipeline of new business across the Middle EastIdentify and engage ITAD companies, mobile refurbishers, recyclers, retailers, enterprises, and government organizations

• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, referrals, and strategic partnershipsConduct product demonstrations and presentationsUnderstand customer workflows and recommend Blackbelt 360 solutions
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract executionMaintain accurate pipeline and activity information in CRM
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholdersWork closely with Blackbelt 360's US and UK teams on opportunities, demonstrations, proposals, and customer onboarding
