The role is responsible for receiving, logging and tracking technology-related issues, coordinating with specialist support teams, and ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently to maintain smooth venue operations.Role Summary - Venue Technology SpecialistSupport the coordination and delivery of technology operations within large-scale venues and live events. The role involves coordinating installations, testing, technical suppliers, equipment, technicians, and on-site troubleshooting to ensure technology systems are operational and event-ready.Qualifications Experience supporting venues, events, sports tournaments or large-scale operations is advantageous.Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident management and service support processes.Experience in venue technology, IT, AV, live events, or technical operations.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
