Role OverviewProvide advanced (L2/L3) support and administration for Ivanti ServiceDesk platform.Handle complex incidents, problem management, and platform-level issues.Drive continuous improvement, automation, and stability of ITSM operations..  Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve L2/L3 incidents, including root cause analysis (RCA).Configure and customize workflows, forms, SLAs, and business rules.Perform platform enhancements, upgrades, and patch management.Integrate Ivanti ITSM with AD, monitoring tools, CMDB, and other enterprise systems.Support ITAM/SAM processes including asset lifecycle and compliance.Develop reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.Ensure platform performance, availability, and security compliance.Guide L1/L1.5 teams and provide technical mentoring.Participate in CAB, change management, and release cycles.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Ivanti ServiceDesk / Neurons for ITSM.Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).Experience with integrations (AD, APIs, monitoring tools).Knowledge of CMDB, asset management, and discovery.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with automation tools and scripting.Exposure to Azure cloud and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM).Knowledge of ITOM tools and observability platforms.Experience in managed services environment (SLA-driven operations).Experience4–8 years of ITSM experience with at least 2–3 years in Ivanti at L2/L3 level.
