IVVQ Engineer – Radio Communication Systems

We are looking for an experienced IVVQ Engineer to join a highly technical systems environment in Abu Dhabi, supporting the integration, verification, validation and qualification of complex radio communication systems combining hardware and software components.The role will cover the full IVVQ lifecycle, from laboratory integration and system testing through customer acceptance, deployment and on-site troubleshooting.Job DescriptionIntegrate hardware, software and radio communication subsystems in laboratory and pre-deployment environments.Contribute to the definition of test strategies, test procedures and verification activities based on system requirements.Execute system-level and end-to-end testing, including functional, performance and robustness testing.Analyse test results, identify root causes of failures and coordinate corrective actions with engineering teams.Maintain requirements-to-test traceability and verification evidence.Validate system behaviour against operational and customer requirements.Support formal verification, qualification and acceptance milestones.Maintain test platform configuration, version control and availability.Support system deployment and testing at customer sites.Perform on-site verification, validation, troubleshooting and acceptance testing.Interface directly with customers during testing and deployment phases.Produce and maintain IVVQ documentation, including test procedures, test reports and technical documentation.Support deployment using existing Ansible playbooks and system automation tools.Candidate's Profile6+ years of experience in IVVQ, system integration, verification & validation or system-level testing.Strong experience with radio communication systems or other complex hardware/software communication systems.Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration and system-level troubleshooting.Experience defining and executing test procedures and managing verification evidence.Strong understanding of requirements traceability.Experience with customer-facing projects, deployment or site acceptance testing.Experience in defence, critical infrastructure or mission-critical systems is preferred but not mandatory.Good working knowledge of Linux-based environments.Exposure to virtualization, Docker and Ansible is advantageous. Deep Ansible development experience is not required.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or a related discipline.Valid UAE driving license required.Strong English communication skills.French is a plus.
