Jack-Up Night Drilling Supervisor UAE Based roleExcellent Day Rate offered Candidates with Jack-Up drilling rig operations experience will be prioritised We are currently seeking an experienced Offshore Night Drilling Supervisor to join the drilling operations of a leading oil and gas organisation in the UAE.This is a hands-on offshore supervisory position for an experienced drilling professional with a strong background in jack-up rig operations and offshore oil and gas wells.ResponsibilitiesSupervise drilling activities throughout the night shift, ensuring safe, efficient and continuous execution of the drilling programme.Coordinate drilling operations and the maintenance of drilling-related equipment in accordance with approved procedures.Work closely with the Senior Drilling Supervisor, OIM, drilling and completion engineers, HSE personnel and rig crew.Provide additional supervision during critical operations, including rig moves, conductor driving, liner operations, side tracking and landing activities.Support the drilling team in responding promptly to operational or emergency situations, with safety of personnel and protection of the environment as the primary considerations.Monitor operational progress and support the achievement of drilling programme objectives.Ensure accurate collection, verification and transmission of drilling data to the base office.Prepare accurate daily drilling reports and maintain clear operational records.Coordinate effectively with drilling and well services companies working on the rig.

Requirements

15+ years of overall drilling industry experience with a major drilling contractor, service company and/or oil & gas operator.Minimum 5 years of experience as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor.Strong and recent experience working on jack-up drilling rigs.Proven experience with offshore oil and gas wells.Experience with drilling in depleted reservoirs and narrow-clearance / collision-risk environments.Experience with ERD (Extended Reach Drilling) and/or geosteering would be an advantage.Strong understanding of drilling operations, well control, HSE requirements and offshore procedures.Mandatory CertificationsValid IWCF Well Control certificationValid BOSIETValid H2S certificationValid OGUK or equivalent offshore medical certification
