We are presently sourcing for a Japanese Speaking Senior Market Researcher / Project Manager. Responsibilities· Lead and manage end-to-end market research projects for international clients across various industries.· Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.· Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, competitor analysis, industry trend analysis, and business intelligence studies.· Develop research proposals, project timelines, methodologies, and client presentations/reports.· Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and operational processes to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business development and partnerships.· Support strategic decision-making by providing critical market insights and actionable recommendations.· Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and relevant industry regulations.· Mentor and coordinate with junior researchers and project members where required. Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Market Research, Consulting, Project Management in market research department or agencies.· Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.· Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese· Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory to support communication and coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.· Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
