Permanent roleVariable Bonus providedWorking on large Banking projectMust has experience working in Consulting firm and/or banking projects(Japanese speaking) Systems Analyst (Banking) – M365, API and Payment ProjectsReview and analyse business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents for banking projects.Analyse banking transaction workflows to ensure alignment between business requirements and system solutions.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and potential issues in project documentation and business processes.Liaise with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design-related queries.Support project governance, progress monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution.Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.Maintain project documentation and assist with project status reporting and follow-up on key action items.Job requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in banking system projects.Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking.Experience analysing business requirements, transaction flows, system interfaces, data mapping, and functional specifications.Proficient in gap analysis, impact analysis, requirements clarification, and solution design review.Experience collaborating with business users, IT teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.Knowledge of APIs, middleware, cloud-based banking systems, and system migration is advantageous.Experience in payment modernisation, ISO 20022, CMS, project governance, or regional APAC projects is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and accountable for project delivery.Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Japanese language is required to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.Interested applicants, please send your resume to Tiffany Koh (R1104633) with email subject header "Job Application for (Japanese speaking) System Analyst (Banking)- TK " .We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
