Location: (Guindy, Chennai) , ( Whitefield, Bengaluru)Employment Type: [Full-time] ( No Hybrid )Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Language Expert to generate new business , facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with Japanese nationals, including clients, partners, or team members.The candidate will leverage their advanced proficiency in Japanese language and deep understanding of Japanese culture to support [specific tasks, e.g., business negotiations, translations, training, or cultural liaison] and sending business proposals.This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Translation and Interpretation:
• Provide accurate and contextually appropriate translations (written and verbal) between Japanese and [other language, e.g., English].
• Generate new business from Japanese companies and Serve as an interpreter during meetings, presentations, or discussions with Japanese nationals, ensuring clarity and cultural nuance.
• Cultural Liaison:
• Act as a cultural bridge to foster understanding and collaboration between Japanese nationals and non-Japanese team members or stakeholders.
• Advise on Japanese business etiquette, customs, and cultural norms to ensure respectful and effective interactions.
• Draft, review, and edit Japanese-language documents, emails, reports, or presentations.
• Facilitate clear communication in multilingual settings, ensuring all parties understand objectives and expectations.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with Japanese nationals
• Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, or events involving Japanese stakeholders, considering time zone and cultural differences.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency:
• fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in [other language, e.g., English] for effective bilingual communication.
• Experience:
• years of experience in translation, interpretation, or working directly with Japanese nationals in a professional setting.
• Proven ability to navigate Japanese business culture and protocols.
• Cultural Knowledge:

• Skills:
