Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of employees
• Monitor workflow, productivity, attendance, and performance
• Ensure applicants receive professional and efficient customer service
• Maintain operational procedures, quality standards, and compliance
• Address operational issues and customer concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and review operational reports and performance metrics
• Support staff training, onboarding, and professional development
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and center efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous management or operations leadership experience
• Strong customer service experience
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in Japanese and English required
