Java & Spring Boot Developer Intern

Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Java & Spring Boot Developer Intern to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Java and be comfortable writing code using Java and Spring Boot. This role will provide hands-on exposure to backend development and real-world software projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Assist in developing and integrating REST APIs.Work with databases and perform basic CRUD operations.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.Collaborate with developers, testers, and other team members.Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.Assist with testing and documentation of developed features.Required SkillsGood knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming.Basic to good understanding of Spring Boot.Ability to write and understand backend code.Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods.Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Familiarity with Git/version control is preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced development environment.EducationPursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or a related degree in Computer Science/IT.Candidates with relevant academic projects or coding experience in Java and Spring Boot will be preferred.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in backend development.Exposure to real-world fintech/product engineering projects.Mentorship from experienced developers.Experience working with APIs, databases, Git, and modern development practices.
