Employment: Permanent RoleExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)Eligibility: Candidates must have full working rights in Australia (Citizen, PR, or Valid Visa holders).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot) or Kotlin.Design, build, and support RESTful/gRPC APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka.Implement Trade Finance workflows, SWIFT messaging, and integrate with enterprise applications.Design and optimize PostgreSQL/SQL Server databases, including schema creation, SQL tuning, and database migrations.Develop automated unit, integration, and contract tests, while supporting CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.Required Skills5+ years of experience in backend development using Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.Strong expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven application development.Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/SQL Server, Kafka or IBM MQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Testcontainers, along with exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise application environments is highly preferred.Please drop you CV hema@kaizenglobaltechnologies.com
