Java Application Specialist

Java + DB Developer:We are seeking an experienced Java + DB Developer to support a Core Banking project. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases, with exposure to CI/CD processes and software delivery best practices. Banking domain experience will be a strong advantage. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.Develop and optimize solutions using MongoDB and NoSQL databases.Participate in application design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery.Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning of applications and databases.Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and quality best practices.Required Skills7-8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.Strong expertise in Spring Boot framework.Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.Good understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.Experience in application integration, API development, and microservices architecture.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience working on Core Banking or Banking/Financial Services projects.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
