You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build systems that are robust, performant, and ready for scale. This is a critical role that requires engineering leadership, high ownership, and a product-thinking mindset.What You’ll Do:-● Architect, build, and deploy high-performance backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) for both our B2B and B2C platforms.● Design and manage scalable microservices integrated with MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and external APIs.● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to translate user needs into technical solutions.● Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and improve system reliability and performance. ● Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to tech roadmap discussions.● Own feature delivery end-to-end, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.What You Bring:-Core Technical Skills ● 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, REST APIs). ● Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.● Proficiency with MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis (including caching, pub/sub).● Working knowledge of Docker, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.● Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).Mindset & Traits:- ● Product-first thinking; capable of balancing tech debt with business value. ● A strong sense of ownership and accountability.● Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.● A team player who mentors peers and uplifts the engineering culture.
