Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot. Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services. Strong understanding of JPA, design patterns, object-oriented programming, and system design principles. Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Good knowledge of Maven and/or Gradle build tools. Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a positive, ownership-driven approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional engineering team. Exposure to Microservices architecture and distributed systems. Basic knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms. Frontend development exposure using React or Angular. Experience with NoSQL databases. Exposure to containerization or modern cloud-native development practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business and technical requirements and implement effective application solutions. Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services. Develop clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable Java/J2EE code. Participate in application architecture, technical design, and solution discussions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and technical issues within defined timelines. Follow established coding standards, development best practices, and engineering guidelines. Develop and maintain unit and integration testing strategies to ensure application quality. Provide Level II production support, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver assigned features within agreed timelines. Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes. Collaborate with Application Architects and senior engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
