Java Developer (2-4 years)Location: Koregoan Park, PuneMandatory 5 days onsiteUK/ US ShiftExperienceMinimum 2 years of hands-on Java development experience.Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, collections, multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and object-oriented programming.Excellent hands-on experience with Spring Boot and developing enterprise-grade REST APIs.Strong debugging and performance tuning skills including:JVM internalsGarbage CollectionThread dumpsHeap dumpsMemory leak analysisPerformance profilingStrong database knowledge including:MongoDBModern NoSQL databasesRelational databasesExposure to columnar databases is highly preferred.Experience working on high-volume, data-intensive applications handling millions of records where low latency and performance optimization are critical.Good knowledge of distributed caching solutions such as Redis.Excellent communication skills. This is a customer-facing role, therefore communication skills are mandatory.
