Job Description

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a solid background in the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will haveextensive experience in Java, Spring Frameworks, Microservices Architecture, DataStructures and Algorithm, SQL, and possess strong skills in Back-end development. As aBackend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications tailored to the specific needs of our banking clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications OR Enterprise Applications,ensuring high performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, andother developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java, Spring Frameworks (SpringBoot, Spring MVC (Model View Controller), Spring Data JPA, Spring batch, Spring Security and Microservices Architecture principles.Design and implement RESTful APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.Utilize strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithm to optimize application logic and database interactions.Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation withinrelational databases.Ensure the application meets high standards for usability, accessibility, and crossbrowser compatibility.Implement and maintain automated testing suites to ensure code quality and reliability.Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely solutions toaddress technical challenges.Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in banking and financial services OR Telcom services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degreepreferred.Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Coding and Development. Hands on Exp. Core Java, Streams, String, Arrays, Lambdas, Java 17* AND Java 21*FeaturesProficiency in Java programming language and hands-on experience with SpringFrameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture principles and experience withcontainerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.In-depth knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithm for designing efficient and scalable solutions.Proficient in SQL with experience working with relational databases like MySQL,PostgreSQL, or Oracle.Experience with Spring Security in any of the Projects will be a Plus.Experience with Spring Ecosystem)Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile developmentmethodologies. Strong Expertise with Spring Security, Oauth 2.0 OR JWT into Authorization / Authentication / Token for any Payment or Banking Applications/ Websites.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on banking applications such as online banking portals, paymentprocessing systems, or risk management platforms OR Telecom Applications.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure,Google Cloud Platform) and serverless architecture.Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
