Java Full Stack Developer

Veraxion is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on enterprise applications, full-stack development, application modernization, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG) improvements.Experience: 3–6 yearsWhat we are looking forStrong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring MVC and Spring BootGood knowledge of JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQueryExperience with Hibernate/JPA and databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MySQLStrong understanding of REST APIs and full-stack developmentExperience implementing ADA/WCAG accessibility standards, including keyboard navigation, screen readers, ARIA, focus management, forms and accessibility fixesFamiliarity with JUnit/Mockito, Git, Maven and JenkinsStrong debugging, production support and defect-analysis skillsWhat you’ll doMaintain and enhance existing enterprise monolithic applicationsTrace and troubleshoot issues across the application stack — UI → Controller → Service → DAO → DatabaseDevelop business changes within an existing customized MVC frameworkImplement and validate ADA/accessibility fixes at the code and component levelOptimize SQL/Hibernate queries and improve application performanceSupport production issues, releases and regression testingGood to haveExperience with WebSphere, Tomcat or Open Liberty, particularly in large legacy enterprise applications.Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?Apply to this job posting or share your profile with us at careers@veraxion.com
