If you have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, and enjoy leading teams as much as writing great code, we’d like to hear from you.What You’ll DoLead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java and React.jsBuild robust backend services and RESTful APIs with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectureCreate responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Design and optimize data models and database queries on relational databasesDrive application architecture, code reviews, coding standards, and development best practicesPartner with product owners, architects, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirementsIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and production defectsMentor developers and provide technical guidance to ensure timely, high-quality deliveryParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussionsWhat You Bring (Must-Have)9–13 years of IT experience in Java Full Stack DevelopmentStrong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and MicroservicesExcellent experience in React.js and modern front-end developmentSolid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end integrationExperience designing and developing RESTful APIsGood understanding of SQL databases and query optimizationExperience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and other build toolsKnowledge of design patterns, OOP, and application architectureProven experience leading or guiding technical development teamsStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsGood to HaveExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Kafka or other messaging technologiesKnowledge of automated testing frameworks and application monitoringExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments
