Together as a team, we provide solutions to unique business/market requirements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and modern web technologies such as React.SkillsMust have8-12 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJava (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA)RESTful API design and developmentHibernate or other ORM frameworksReact.js (including hooks, functional components, state management)JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Experience building Micro frontendsBuilding a React-based application from scratchLeading UI developmentIntegration of frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring)Version control (Git)SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)Debugging and troubleshooting across the stackExperience working in Copilot is a mustNice to haveMicroservices architectureDocker, KubernetesCI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible)Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Testing frameworks (JUnit for Java, Jest/React Testing Library for React)Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch)Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
