The trainer will deliver structured classroom sessions on core Java, advanced Java, Jakarta EE, microservices, and fullstack development using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive lectures and hands-on coding labs, mentoring learners on projects, and evaluating their performance through assignments and assessments. The trainer will demonstrate industry best practices, design patterns, and modern development workflows, while guiding learners on debugging, code reviews, and building deployable applications.
