The company develops proprietary platforms that support critical operations across global markets and offers engineers the opportunity to work on high-impact systems in a fast-paced environment.As a Java Engineer within Operations Engineering, you will build and enhance mission-critical post-trade platforms that process millions of transactions daily. You will work on distributed, event-driven systems supporting trade processing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, controls, and workflow automation while partnering closely with business stakeholders.Requirements5+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong Java development skillsExperience designing and building distributed systemsStrong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithmsExperience working with relational databases and SQLExperience developing scalable, high-performance applicationsFamiliarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systemsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical fieldExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholdersPreferredExperience with clearing, settlement, post-trade processing, securities finance, prime brokerage, or market infrastructureExperience with workflow automation and reconciliation platformsExposure to large-scale financial data processing systemsExperience working in financial services, capital markets, or trading environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based compensationOpportunity to work on high-impact, business-critical systemsCollaborative, fast-paced engineering environmentThis is a full-time, on-site position.
