Java Software Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.Develop secure, high-performance applications following coding best practices.Integrate with databases and third-party services.Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Frontend teams in an Agile environment.Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.Required Skills3–6 years of experience in Java backend development.Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.Experience in designing and developing Microservices.Strong knowledge of REST APIs.Good understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis is a plus.Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
