More information is available at http://www.fptsoftware.com.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, maintain, and enhance business applications using C#/.NET and Java technologies.Analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and optimize database objects, queries, and stored procedures in Oracle Database.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, project members, and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery.Take ownership of assigned modules and drive tasks through to completion.Participate in code reviews, testing activities, deployment support, and production issue analysis when required.Ensure deliverables meet project quality standards and timelines.QualificationsTechnical SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.4-6 years of software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with: C# / .NET Framework or .NET Core & Java & Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning)Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience working on enterprise or large-scale business systems.Professional SkillsAbility to work independently with limited supervision.Strong ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.Ability to quickly understand existing systems and business processes.Effective communication and coordination skills in a customer-facing environment.Strong analytical thinking and proactive attitude toward issue resolution.Communicate well in KoreanPreferred QualificationsExperience working with Korean customers or international teams.Knowledge of application architecture, system integration, and performance optimization.Previous experience mentoring junior developers or supporting technical reviews.Have experience in manufacturing domain.
