- Total Relevant Experience: 12+ of overall IT experience.
- Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
- Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.
Core Competencies (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal) is mandatory.
