The faculty member will teach Mathematics to JEE aspirants, plan and deliver concept-based classroom sessions, and ensure syllabus coverage as per academic schedules. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing assignments and tests, analyzing student performance, and providing individualized academic support where needed. The role involves designing and updating study material, coordinating with academic and center teams, participating in doubt-clearing sessions, and contributing to academic planning and result improvement initiatives.Qualifications Strong expertise in core Mathematics and Applied Mathematics relevant to JEE-level concepts.Experience in Curriculum Development for competitive exam coaching, including lesson planning and assessment design.Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.Prior teaching or coaching experience for JEE or similar competitive exams, with a record of student success being an advantage.Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, engage diverse learners, and manage classroom dynamics effectively.Comfort with using digital tools, online learning platforms, and hybrid teaching methodologies.Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to a student-centric approach.
