قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجStore Manager (Irvine)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $80-$90K + bonusAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver an exceptional, client-focused in-store experience. This role owns the day-to-day business of the store, including sales performance, team development, operations, inventory, and local community events.What You’ll DoLead store performance against daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and key performance indicators, including conversion, average order value, units per transaction, traffic, repeat business, and clienteling results.Create actionable store plans by identifying performance opportunities and coaching the team toward measurable results.Recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, coach, and develop a strong store team.Build internal talent pipelines and prepare high-performing team members for future leadership opportunities.Provide real-time coaching on selling, styling, product knowledge, customer service, and business performance.Manage performance conversations, documentation, and follow-up accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain elevated visual merchandising, brand, cleanliness, cash handling, opening/closing, and loss prevention standards.Own inventory processes, including cycle counts, inventory accuracy, discrepancy investigation, and proper documentation of product movement.Create and lead local events and community activations from concept through execution and results measurement.Develop relationships with local vendors, partners, ambassadors, and community organizations to strengthen store traffic and brand awareness.Manage store schedules, payroll responsibilities, labor coverage, and timekeeping in accordance with established policies.Ensure operational, safety, and compliance requirements are consistently followed.Communicate priorities, updates, escalations, and follow-up clearly with the leadership team.What We’re Looking ForProven store leadership experience within premium, specialty, fashion, jewelry, or similar customer-focused retail environments.Demonstrated accountability for sales performance, team results, and store-level business operations.Experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and promoting team members.Strong understanding of retail KPIs, clienteling, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and loss prevention.Experience planning and managing events, including budgets, vendor coordination, execution, and performance measurement.Excellent communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations, address issues promptly, and build a positive team culture.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.Ability to work actively on the sales floor throughout the shift, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, using ladders or step stools as needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.Preferred QualificationsPrevious Store Manager experience.Established local relationships within fitness, music, sports, grooming, fashion, or creator communities.Experience with event budgets and retail operations in California.Career GrowthThis role offers the opportunity to grow into broader multi-store and regional retail leadership positions as the organization expands.
