This role includes greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through jewelry selections such as rings, necklaces, bracelets, and custom pieces. The associate will present product features and benefits, handle sales transactions, process payments, and assist with special orders and repairs. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining clean and secure displays, monitoring inventory, and following store procedures for handling valuable merchandise. The role requires consistent delivery of a positive in-store experience, supporting customer satisfaction and contributing to overall store sales goals.QualificationsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and team members.Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to provide thoughtful, personalized support and build lasting relationships.Retail Sales experience, including comfort with point-of-sale systems and meeting sales targets.Attention to detail and honesty when handling high-value items and financial transactions.Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Interest in jewelry, gemstones, and design; prior jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or sales is beneficial.
