The work environment supports professional development and skill-building in sales, customer interaction, and retail operations.Retail Sales Officer – RSO Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve 100% of your sales target, with 30% growth over last year and at least 25% studded (diamond) shareGrow studded jewellery sales by 25% and upsell more than 80% of gold-exchange customersEnrol customers in gold savings schemes, with average enrolment value above ₹10,000Increase units sold per transaction and sales of pieces under ₹1 lakhComplete all product-knowledge courses on time and take part in daily learning quizzesKeep Mystery Audit above 85% and NPS at 90%, and make CRM follow-up calls every dayWhat We're Looking ForGraduate or 12th pass, with 1–4 years in retail or customer-facing sales (jewellery, apparel, luxury, banking or insurance sales welcome)Target-oriented, well-groomed and confident with customersEager to learn about gold and diamond jewelleryGood communication in Hindi; working English is an advantage.CashierKey ResponsibilitiesBill quickly and accurately: 90% of simple bills within 5 minutes and 95% of complex bills within 15 minutes, with more than 80% digital paymentsReconcile revenue daily, bank cash with zero delay, and send reports to the Regional OfficeUpdate KYC and customer details correctly in the POS system for every bill and scheme enrolmentFollow all process and compliance rules: no manual bills without approval, and end-of-day closing on timeSend commercial reports on schedule, support compliance audits, and suggest at least one process improvement (kaizen) a monthWhat We're Looking ForB.Com or another commerce graduate, with 1–3 years as a cashier or in billing or accounts in retailComfortable with POS or billing software, MS Excel and cash handlingAccurate, honest and disciplined with complianceFriendly with customers Interested applicants are requested to share their CVs and other relevant information on contact@topsel.co.in
