This role focuses on assisting customers with selecting jewelry, explaining product features, and guiding them through purchase decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, presenting merchandise, and providing accurate information about materials, gemstones, and care. The associate processes sales transactions, handles special orders, maintains display cases, and helps ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role also includes supporting promotional events, following store policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive, respectful team environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with customers clearly, professionally, and confidently.Candidates should possess Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to provide attentive support and ensure positive interactions.Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to effectively present products, handle transactions, and meet sales goals.Ability to learn and convey detailed product knowledge about jewelry, gemstones, metals, and care practices.Integrity and reliability in handling payments, valuables, and confidential customer information.Comfort working on-site, standing for extended periods, and assisting customers throughout the day.Previous experience in retail, jewelry, or luxury goods is beneficial but not required.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in sales or jewelry is a plus.
