Its team works closely with local partners to provide authentic Scottish experiences that respect religious requirements and personal preferences.Role Description The Jewish Experience Coordinator is a part-time hybrid role suited for candidates located anywhere in the UK. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering tailored itineraries and experiences for Jewish travellers, ensuring that all aspects of their stay are aligned with kosher requirements and cultural expectations. You will ensure all experiences provided by Kosher Scotland align to strict Kashrut standards and other areas of Jewish law and will also be responsible for coordinating Jewish programming on our tours & experiences.You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role but will be expected to commute to Scotland between 10-20 days per month (depending on the time of year).Salary & hours£13-£16 per hour dependant on experience with paid travel expenses, minimum 30 hours a week contract with additional hours during busy periods.QualificationsExperience in hospitality or kosher supervision is preferableExperience planning or designing Jewish programmingMust have a driving licenceMust be able to undergo training in Kosher supervisionCustomer service and communication skillsKnowledge of Jewish customs, kosher dietary laws, and cultural sensitivitiesAdministrative and organizational abilities, such as managing bookings, maintaining records, and handling logistics in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving and adaptability skills to address guest needs, manage unexpected changes, and ensure high-quality experiences.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Comfort working on-site in the Greater Glasgow Area and engaging directly with guests and local communities.
