JIRA and BigPicture administrator

We are hiring for one of our client, a premium Holding group for Dubai on their permanent payrollCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be technically hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with business and project stakeholders and should have sufficient practical experience to independently configure Jira and BigPicture, build dashboards and reports, develop basic scripts and automations, and provide day-to-day platform support.Key ResponsibilitiesJira & BigPicture AdministrationReporting and DashboardsScripting, Automation and IntegrationRequired Experience2–4 years of hands-on experience administering Jira.Practical experience with BigPicture or a similar Jira portfolio and resource-management application.Experience configuring custom fields, workflows, screens, issue types, permissions, and notification schemes.Strong knowledge of Jira Query Language.Experience creating Jira dashboards, filters, reports, and management views.Experience configuring Jira Automation rules.Basic to intermediate coding or scripting experience.Experience working with Jira REST APIs, webhooks, or external integrations.Good understanding of project management, Agile delivery, releases, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into Jira configurations and report
