The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring salad bowl and paper cup forming machines to ensure consistent quality and production efficiency. Responsibilities include loading raw materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic troubleshooting, and conducting routine inspections to minimize downtime. Operators will follow safety and quality standards, complete production reports, and coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to meet daily output targets. The role also requires working collaboratively with the production team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment.Qualifications Experience in operating, setting up, and monitoring salad bowl and paper cup forming machines or similar packaging machinery.Strong understanding of production processes, machine safety procedures, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.Ability to read and follow work orders, technical instructions, and quality standards for specialized food packaging.Attention to detail for quality checks, defect detection, and accurate completion of production logs.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality assurance staff.Prior experience in food packaging or printing/ converting industries is highly beneficial.Willingness to work shifts, adhere to health, safety, and hygiene requirements, and follow company policies.
