You will advance the commercialization of this technology through joint research projects with universities and corporate partners.Leveraging the speed and technical precision unique to a startup, this position focuses on uncovering new insights to solve complex real-world problems. Serving as a bridge between theory and implementation, you will engage in challenging research directly tied to the practical deployment of quantum algorithms.必須スキル量子情報科学、化学、物理学いずれかの専門知識Python等を用いた研究アイデアの実装・検証スキル学術論文（論文原稿）の執筆能力ビジネスレベルの日本語力（スムーズな社内コミュニケーション）Specialized knowledge in quantum information science, chemistry, or physics.Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) to implement and validate research ideas.Ability to write manuscripts suitable for publication in academic journals.Business-level Japanese proficiency (for smooth internal communication).歓迎スキル化学・物理学・量子情報科学分野での博士号、ポスドク、または企業研究経験量子化学・固体物理・第一原理計算・流体・電磁気学等における実務的な計算経験研究プロジェクトのリード・マネジメント経験国際学会での登壇・発表実績他分野のエンジニアや社外パートナーと能動的に議論・協働できるコミュニケーション力専門外・最新技術を自発的にキャッチアップする成長意欲Slack等を用いた円滑なテキストコミュニケーション能力Ph.D., postdoctoral experience, or corporate R&D experience in chemistry, physics, or quantum information science.Practical computational experience in quantum chemistry, solid-state physics, ab initio calculations, fluid dynamics, or electromagnetics.Proven track record of leading or managing research projects.Experience presenting at international academic conferences.Proactive communication skills to collaborate and engage in discussions with engineers across different disciplines and external partners.Strong willingness to independently catch up on new technologies and emerging knowledge.Ability to communicate smoothly via text using tools like Slack.
