The Job Title role involves overseeing day-to-day project activities related to aluminum contracting, manufacturing, and installation, ensuring work is completed on time and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities may include coordinating with engineers and technicians, reviewing technical drawings, monitoring production schedules, and supporting installation teams at project sites. The role also requires collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and products. Documentation, reporting on project progress, and adherence to company policies and industry regulations are integral parts of the position.Qualifications Strong technical understanding of aluminum fabrication, manufacturing processes, and installation methods.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Experience coordinating with engineering and site teams to deliver projects to agreed timelines and quality standards.Knowledge of workplace safety practices and quality control procedures in an industrial or construction environment.Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with diverse colleagues, clients, and suppliers.Organizational skills for managing schedules, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate records.Prior experience in aluminum contracting, construction, or related industries in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in basic computer applications and, where applicable, industry-related software.Ability to work on-site full time and adapt to project-based demands, including occasional extended hours.
