The hospital is designed with a patient-centered approach, supported by experienced physicians and multidisciplinary clinical staff. It has 60 beds, including dedicated inpatient, ICU, NICU, PICU, and ER capacity, along with four operating rooms, a physiotherapy department, radiology unit, and laboratory. The facility spans approximately 4,000 square meters, with a basement and ground floor structure, parking area, outpatient clinics across sub-specialties, renal dialysis units, and amenities such as a cafeteria and staff dining room.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Dar Al Elag Hospital in Alexandria. The role involves delivering high-quality services within the hospital’s clinical or administrative departments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient, and patient-focused care. Day-to-day tasks may include interacting with patients and families, coordinating with medical and nursing staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and following established policies and protocols. The individual in this role will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and uphold the hospital’s commitment to world-class healthcare.Qualifications Relevant professional education or degree aligned with the role (medical).Demonstrated experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in a multidisciplinary or acute-care environment.Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and staff.Ability to follow clinical and operational protocols, maintain accurate records, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and adherence to international healthcare standards.Proficiency in basic computer and healthcare-related systems; familiarity with hospital information systems is an advantage.Flexibility to work within hospital schedules, including shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.Previous experience in critical care, specialty clinics, or hospital support services is considered beneficial.
