Its mission is to create experiences that engage, enlighten, educate, and entertain audiences, making every event unique and impactful.Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves managing the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate and special events. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams; developing event concepts and timelines; overseeing logistics such as venue arrangements, audiovisuals, and catering; and ensuring all event elements adhere to brand and quality standards. The role also includes budget tracking, preparing event documentation, supporting marketing activities related to events, and resolving issues that arise before or during events. The Job Title is expected to collaborate closely with colleagues, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement in event delivery.Qualifications Experience in event management or coordination, including planning, logistics, and on-site execution.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Proficiency in basic office software and event management tools; familiarity with project management practices is an advantage.Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.Previous experience in the events, hospitality, or marketing industry is preferred.Relevant diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
