You recognize our passengers’ wishes at a glance and know how to give excellent service. You are also responsible for the cabin safety on board and apply company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority procedures rigorously.You consistently arrive at work on time for the pre-flight briefing, fully prepared and adhering to company procedures and grooming standards.You ensure passengers receive the highest possible standard of safety, service and customer care.Profile RequirementsYou have reached the age of 18 by the time the training startsYou have already followed one year of higher education after secondary schoolYou are a EU citizen or have the right to live and work in the EUYou are able to provide a copy of your diploma (minimum A2)You have an international passport (still valid 6 months or longer)You are able to swim at least 25 metersYou have excellent language skills in all three languages: English, French and DutchYou are available for at least 1 full month during the summer of 2027, preferably more, after the summer year round availabilityYou are willing to work in an irregular working pattern and during weekendsYou have the necessary means of transportation to the airport, also in case you have very early or late flightsYou look forward to wearing the Brussels Airlines uniform with pride, strictly adhering to the internal style guide, including the rule that visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands are not allowedAfter a positive selection, you pass the mandatory medical exam for Cabin CrewYou are willing to work exclusively at Brussels Airlines as a Cabin Crew studentTraining planAfter a positive selection, you will be assigned to one of our training courses. The training takes 37 days and will be organised during school holidays and weekends.The cost of the training is covered by Brussels Airlines.
