Dentzz Dental is an award-winning, full mouth reconstruction practice in Dubai, known for premium care and world class patient experience. We're expanding our team and looking for a dentist who can build genuine trust with patients and guide them confidently through complex treatment decisions.The RoleYou'll lead consultations for full mouth reconstructions, implants, and veneers, understanding each patient's concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and helping them feel confident and informed in committing to the right treatment plan for them. Our specialist team handles the clinical execution, so your primary value is in the consultation experience: earning trust, communicating value, and helping patients move forward with care they need. If you're also clinically skilled and want to treat cases yourself, that's a strong bonus but it's not a requirement.What We're Looking For:1) Valid DHA/Dubai dental license2) A natural communicator who is comfortable consulting with patients across nationalities and building trust quickly. 3) High EQ and genuine empathy. You read patients well and adapt your approach to communicate based on what the patient needs. 4) Confident discussing comprehensive and extensive treatment plans in a way patients understand and trust. 5) Coachable. Open to training on our consultation approach and protocols. 6) A team player who thrives working alongside a specialist clinical team in a collaborative setup7) Bonus: Clinical skill / experience in implants, veneers, or full mouth reconstruction (subject to meeting our standards), if you wish to execute them yourself. Remuneration potential:AED 25,000–50,000 / month via a fixed and / or variable structures. Note: This role suits dentists motivated by growth, performance and a collaborative association. If you're only interested in a high flat and fixed salary regardless of results, this won't be the right fit.
