As part of a growing education ecosystem, the organization offers mentors access to a dynamic network of learners and a supportive environment for sharing expertise.Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as online sessions, content preparation, and learner support. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering lessons, conducting live and recorded training sessions, and guiding learners through trading strategies, risk management, and market analysis. Host daily live trading sessions on YouTube and the Tradiify platformThe mentor will provide individualized feedback, answer learner questions, and help participants build practical trading skills. Additional tasks may include creating educational materials, collaborating with the LMS team to improve course structure, and contributing to community discussions and webinars.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design structured, clear, and engaging trading education content.Candidates should possess solid Education and Training experience, ideally in financial markets or related fields, to support diverse learner needs.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex trading concepts in an accessible, learner-friendly way.Demonstrated knowledge of FX, CFD, and global markets, including trading platforms, risk management, and technical/fundamental analysis.Prior experience as a trading educator, coach, or mentor is highly beneficial.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing both in-person and online sessions.Strong ethical standards, commitment to responsible trading education, and a learner-centered approach.Relevant academic background or professional certifications in finance, economics, or related disciplines are an advantage.What you get: Competitive compensation / revenue share on courses & sessions Access to a growing, engaged trading community Platform + production support for your live sessions and courses Personal brand growth through Tradiify's audience📩 Interested?
