QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize workflows, allocate resources, and align factory output with project schedules.Candidates should possess robust Quality Control skills to ensure products meet technical specifications, client expectations, and relevant industry standards.Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations skills to oversee daily factory activities, optimize processes, and manage equipment and materials effectively.Relevant experience in joinery or woodworking manufacturing, preferably within interior fit-out or construction environments, is highly beneficial.Proven leadership and team management abilities, including supervising diverse production teams and promoting a safe, inclusive workplace.Strong understanding of technical drawings, joinery details, and materials, with the ability to coordinate effectively with design and project teams.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in using production and reporting software.A diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
