The team fosters a creative environment focused on innovation, quality, and the practical application of 3D printing in diverse industries, positioning itself at the forefront of the next industrial revolution.Role Description The Joinery Manager will oversee all joinery operations, from planning and production to installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and involves managing a workshop team, coordinating with design and project management, and aligning joinery outputs with 3D-printed and other fabricated components. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing technical drawings, preparing cutting lists, scheduling workloads, monitoring material usage, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures. The Joinery Manager will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, resolve production issues, optimize processes, and maintain accurate documentation for project progress and inventory. The role also requires mentoring team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the integration of new technologies within joinery workflows.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in joinery and carpentry, including workshop management and supervision of production and installation teams.Strong understanding of technical drawings, CAD-based designs, cutting lists, and fabrication methods relevant to bespoke joinery and fit-out projects.Proven ability in project coordination, scheduling, resource planning, and cost control within a manufacturing or interior fit-out environment.Commitment to quality assurance, health and safety standards, and continuous improvement of workshop processes and procedures.Effective communication, leadership, and people management skills, with the ability to collaborate across design, engineering, and client-facing teams.Experience working with or alongside advanced fabrication technologies, such as 3D printing, CNC machining, or other digital manufacturing tools, is highly beneficial.Relevant technical qualification or diploma in joinery, carpentry, interior fit-out, or a related field; a degree in engineering, design, or construction management is an advantage.Prior experience in a similar joinery management role in Dubai or the wider GCC region, with familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
