Joinery Production & Operations Manager

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contracting company specializing in premium residential renovations, fit-out and custom joinery. We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production & Operations Manager to manage our in-house joinery workshop, producing kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, TV units and other custom residential joinery. This is a hands-on management role responsible for production, installation, manpower, quality, scheduling and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall joinery production and installation operations.Prepare and maintain weekly and forward production & installation schedules across all projects.Manage workshop capacity and advise management when new projects can be scheduled.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Manage carpenters, supervisors and installation teams.Recruit and assess carpenters and production staff as required.Set up and manage an additional night production shift.Monitor project costs, margins, wastage and overall workshop efficiency.Review basic P&L and profitability of the joinery operation and individual projects.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Procurement and senior management.Requirements5+ years' experience in joinery production, workshop operations or a similar role in the UAEStrong knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, TV units and custom cabinetry.Strong technical understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation.Experience managing both production and installation teams.Ability to manage multiple projects, manpower and production schedules.Commercially minded with an understanding of costing, budgets, margins and P&L.Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Good English communication skills.Highly motivated, disciplined, punctual and accountable.Valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.Must be based in Dubai.We are looking for someone who can run the joinery operation like a business — with clear visibility over capacity, production, installation, cost, quality and profitability.
