Joinery Production Engineer

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contracting company specializing in premium residential renovations, fit-out and custom joinery. We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production Engineer to manage our in-house production of kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, TV units and custom joinery.Position is open for candidates that are immediately available or on a short notice period (10 days or less):Key Responsibilities:Manage weekly production and installation schedules across all projects.Plan manpower and monitor workshop capacity and productivity.Review shop drawings and coordinate materials with Procurement.Ensure production and installation are completed on time, within budget and to required quality standards.Monitor material usage, labour costs, wastage and rework.Coordinate installations with Project Managers and site teams.Provide weekly production, cost and performance updates to management.Key KPIs:On-time production & installationActual cost vs. project budgetMaterial wastage & reworkLabour productivityQuality & snaggingSchedule accuracy

Requirements

4+ years' UAE joinery production experience.Strong knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes and custom cabinetry.Ability to read shop drawings and understand project budgets.Experience managing workshop manpower and installations.Strong planning, technical and problem-solving skills.Engineering/technical qualification preferred.UAE driving licence required.UAE-based; immediate/short-notice joiners preferred.Interested candidates can share their CV and a short introduction to georges.chahwan@reviverenovation.ae.
