About K4 GroupK4 Group is a Dubai-based Design & Build company specializing in luxury fit-out, construction, joinery, marble works, MEP, and property services across the UAE.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Joinery Production In-Charge to manage daily factory production, manpower, quality, materials, and production schedules while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily joinery factory production and workflow.Plan and allocate manpower based on project requirements.Monitor productivity, production targets, and deadlines.Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Design, and Site teams.Ensure materials, drawings, and production requirements are available.Ensure joinery is manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Supervise foremen and production workers and resolve production issues.Conduct quality checks and minimize material wastage.Ensure HSE, housekeeping, and factory standards are maintained.Coordinate factory production with site installation requirements.Provide regular updates on production progress, manpower, and pending requirements.Improve production efficiency, workflow, and productivity.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.5–8 years of joinery manufacturing experience, preferably in the UAE.Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/production leadership role.Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing and factory operations.Experience managing production teams and manpower.Ability to read joinery drawings and technical specifications.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience in interior fit-out/project-based joinery production is preferred.
