Joinery Production Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production In-Charge to oversee day-to-day joinery production and ensure projects are completed on time, as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the complete joinery production process from material preparation to final completion.Plan and allocate daily production activities to carpenters, machine operators, polishers, painters, and other factory workers.Review approved shop drawings, cutting lists, BOQs, and production requirements before starting manufacturing.Prepare and monitor daily and weekly production schedules based on project priorities and delivery deadlines.Ensure the right manpower is allocated to each project and monitor project-wise productivity.Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Design/Technical, Estimation, Purchase, and Stores departments.Monitor the availability of wood, plywood, MDF, veneer, laminates, hardware, paint, and other joinery materials required for production.Ensure proper control and documentation of material received into and issued from the factory.Monitor material wastage and implement measures to improve material utilization and production efficiency.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure finished products meet approved drawings, specifications, and required finishing standards.Identify and resolve production issues, technical difficulties, material shortages, and delays.Ensure completed joinery items are properly inspected, packed, labelled, and prepared for delivery to site.Coordinate with the logistics/site team to ensure timely delivery and installation requirements are met.Maintain proper records of production status, manpower allocation, material movement, wastage, and project progress.Monitor machine and equipment requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for maintenance and repairs.Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company policies.Train, guide, and supervise production workers to improve productivity, workmanship, and quality.Prepare regular production and manpower reports for management.Take responsibility for achieving production targets, quality standards, and project delivery timelines.
