Joinery Production Manager

Team members collaborate closely with designers, suppliers, and customers to deliver elevated living spaces that reflect tomorrow’s design standards.Role Description Key Responsibilities:* Plan and manage daily production of kitchens, wardrobes, and joinery works.* Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.* Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, warehouse, and installation teams.* Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and production workflow efficiently.* Monitor material usage, minimize waste, and control production costs.* Supervise factory staff and ensure proper training and performance.* Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards.* Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.* Resolve production delays and technical issues promptly.* Ensure preventive maintenance of factory machinery.Requirements:* Minimum 7 years’ experience in joinery production, including 3 years in a managerial role.* Strong knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, joinery materials, and automated machinery.* Experience with Cabinet Vision or similar production software is preferred.* Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
