Job Description – Joinery StorekeeperPosition: Storekeeper – Joinery Factory Reports to: Factory / Operations ManagerResponsibilitiesReceive materials and verify quantities against PO and Delivery Notes.Store and organize joinery materials, hardware, accessories, tools, and consumables.Issue materials to production and site teams against approved requests.Maintain accurate stock records and update all incoming/outgoing transactions.Monitor stock levels and report shortages for purchasing.Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies.Control project-specific materials and prevent unauthorized issuance.Maintain records of tools issued to employees.Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials immediately.Keep the store clean, organized, labeled, and secure.Requirements2–3 years’ experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in joinery, kitchens, furniture, or fit-out.Good knowledge of joinery hardware and materials.Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/ERP systems.Good organization, accuracy, and responsibility.UAE experience preferred.
